Dealing with Randy was great. He obviously likes his trade. He explained everything to me and answered questions. The biggest inhibitor for me was the gutter guards and he was very helpful. I also appreciated his attention to detail and that he was willing to discuss alternatives to the way the gutters had been installed previously. The team was careful and tidy. I called Peter to request element replacement. I had been having trouble getting someone to do this as it was a bit of a specialty order and during pandemic. Peter carefully sourced the part and scheduled installation. He followed pandemic protocols and was very careful. I always appreciate working with this company.
