Yuri is very professional, he explained everything to me in details, took about 3 hours to inspect the whole house, from outside to inside, from basement to attic, not many inspectors today will go into the attic for a small house like mine (2 bedroom semi), so the attic inspection was the best part, and with that, he did find a tiny hole on the roof, which can be a big saving for future bigger problem.
