Our company has done above and beyond to satisfy you, we have came back to your place at least 5 time, a few of them for Not something you hired asked for, but we still tried and finished everything you asked for. Basement waterproofing and new floor
Work included interior waterproofing, floor dig down to replace drains and add gravel, new concrete floor. A big job, lots of labour required. Project manager was very available and accommodating.

I signed a contract for 5 new windows and a guaranteed install-by date. The company did not contact me for over 2 weeks to take measurements and then missed the deadline to install by the guaranteed-by date. The company then offered no compensation for breach of the guarantee and because of unavailability at the premises the new date was 5 weeks later.
Hi Christian, we appreciate your review and totally deserve it, unfortunately our glass supplier delayed your order but we are trying really hard to try and make the windows within the 4 weeks timeframe promised. We will keep you posted.
Update: All windows installed as promised before the guaranteed date.
