I was unimpressed with Beswicks from the very beginning. We booked in September and waited the 7 weeks they said it would take max. The time came and went and after we called multiple times no one ever called us back. We were promised they would come on a particular day, they never came. Promised anther day it was delayed due to weather. We then were told they would come early next week. Early week came and went. They didn't come until I called and told them I would go with their competeitor if they didn't come. They were here the next day. They don't accept visa, and will never call you back! Pay the extra money and go with another company!

I am sorry for your frustration. Due to the large size and difficulty level associated with the removal of your tree (i.e., tree position in relation to high voltage power lines and your house), proper weather conditions were required to maintain a safe work environment for our Employees. When our first attempt was met with unfavourable conditions we had to re-schedule. It was this same wind storm that prevented us from returning in a timely fashion. We were required to respond to several emergency calls of downed trees as well as prior commitments to other Customers.
We are a local independently owned and operated Company with reasonable rates and a dedicated and skilled staff. As a result, we often have a very high work volume. We have chosen not to offer credit cards as a payment method to keep our rates low as well, so we are sorry for any inconvenience. You may be interested to know that we have recently instituted e-Transfer to make bill payment easier.

My laptop that I had through all of university crashed with all of my precious pictures and videos on it. Ancaster computer was able to retrieve all of my important data and taught me the value of backing up all information on an external hard drive. They were friendly, approachable and recycle old parts!

Todman's Decorating

Previous to moving and we hired Todman's decorating to paint the entire interior of our house. The price is very reasonable but you get what you pay for. There were many spots that needed to be repainted and touched up. We also found many drips of paint on our hardwood floors and within the bathroom on the tile.

Our garage door spring snapped and we need to replace it. HDS came to our house within one day after placing an appointment and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In addition to fixing the spring they also checked the operation of the door and straightened bent hinges free of charge.

We moved into a new house and we needed to get all of our locks changed. We found Dundas Lock and Key very professional, fast and knowledgeable. We will defiantly use them again.

When it comes to big tree removal and services call the professionals and don't do it yourself. Beswick Tree Services did a great job on our big property with tree removal, stump removal, and tree triming. To top it all off they were more than happy to chop up the branches for fireword. I would highly recommend them for all your tree needs.

When my family and I decided to finally renovate our sad looking master bathroom, we were thrilled to find a local environmentally conscience company with an excellent product and even better customer service. We would highly recommend Dessco countertops and we'll be using them again when it comes to redoing our kitchen!
