I’ve been using them to open and close my pools the past few years, it’s been mostly hiccup free. This season we hd issues with the opening but Terry managed to resolve all of the issues and step up. I look forward to having them close my pool

Purchased a sofa and coffee table at urban barn, was told I'd be contacted once the sofa was available for delivery. The delivery co calls and can only provided a time frame of 10-6? seriously you start deliveries at 10am and go only until 6pm? so that cancels out most of the weekdays, I suggest a day my wife is off and am flatly told they don't deliver in my area that day, seriously? you're a delivery company that's what you do. losing a days pay to take delivery of a sofa I paid for just to accommodate the delivery company is not something I'm prepared to do, so we may end up cancelling the entire order. Luckily Urban barn's service as been great and they are trying to work something out. I don't understand why you would use a moving company as a delivery provider, especially such a small company that clearly cannot schedule and doesn't service daily the GTA, let them stick to moving as they seem to get decent reviews for this service. Really hoping Urban Barn has some sway otherwise we won't have enough seating over the holidays.

They came out cleaned my A/C upsold the filter and didn't fix the A/C (which was the reason for my call) I suspect its the capacitor/fan Motor and told them as such. Now I have to wait until after the weekend for them to come by a second time. We requested a repair but ended up getting nothing more than a check up, I've used these guys in the past but after todays experience I probably won't be recommending them to anyone else nor using them again. The price and the amount of time and work spent i feel it was not worth it considering the problem continues after their visit. They called back on Monday and told me the condenser fan motor was $800, this is a part that costs under $300 tax in. Not sure if it's the Tech or the company but someone thinks it's a good idea to bilk their customers. I hired another company to do the work and it should be completed today at a fraction of the cost About Pure Air wanted.

Dear Mills. Thank you for your review. We are a family owned and operated business proud to offer professional, reliable and honest service for over 20 years! Our prices are very reasonable and we always inform all our customers about any costs prior to commencing with any work. Our technician performed a troubleshooting of your working air conditioner and all parts were properly working without any deviations from the manufacturer specifications. He therefore did not make a recommendation to replace any parts. We do not replace any parts which do not need to be replaced. In addition we did perform a cleaning and maintenance service of your system which was overdue. A follow up visit was required to attend an overheating condenser motor. We immediately contacted the manufacturer to source out a genuine replacement part and stayed in constant communication with you. Sorry, we do not offer any rebuild or used parts and motors.

3 days ago I purchased a fridge, range and dishwasher from TASCO's Mississauga location. The next day I called as there was a rebate that was not applied so I inquired how to get it, I was told by an associate that it was already applied to which I requested to cancel the order. I emailed my rep Jeff P. who was nice enough to offer to look into it on his next shift, the following day I get a call from their distribution centre to arrange delivery, they confirm the day and when I asked what time I should expect them, I was told that I would get a call the night before. When I asked for a ballpark range I was told again I’ll get a call the night before. When I explained this would not work it fell on deaf ears and I was hung up on. I email my Jeff P. and request to cancel the entire order, due to service issue and frankly the fear of future problems down the road and how they are addressed. I get a call on his next shift, I am essentially blamed for the issue and labeled difficult to deal with. The rep tries to salvage the sale but at this time my concerns outweigh the deal so I advised I would like to cancel the entire order. I am told that since I am backing out of the deal, he "will make sure" I am charged the full deposit which in this case was $500. I make a trip to the store to make one last attempt to sort this out and get my deposit back. In speaking to Jeff and Jim the manager, I am told they will not consider doing anything. We discussed for about 45minutes with no results, all they were willing to do was threaten to call the police and at one point they even threatened to contact my employer and "let them know about my attitude" and standing angrily close to me while trying to be intimidating. Jim the general manager made several accusations and was disturbingly rude and on occasion uninformed about the topic being discussed, he kept diverting the conversation, excusing himself for no reason from the conversation and making personal attacks, instead of trying to work with me to save the sale or at least what could be salvaged. Needless to say now I have to fight through the courts for my deposit and will be spreading the news to who ever has any consideration of purchasing from them.
