i contacted Mike B for a quote regarding my basement insulation. he showed up when he said he would, and he price was comparible to other companies i had contacted. he and his team did a great job, the did everything they said they would. my basemnent is a purple cave and i love it! mike was friendly and courteous from beginning to end.he was more than willing to answer all my questions after the job was finished. i would definatly recommemnd this company. ( I had contacted a company who price was slightly less. I went with Tasman because they kept appointments and did not give me the run-around ).

My first contact was Brad D. he was very friendly and helpful. he was always at the end of the phone when i needed him to be. a wonderful Centra employee. Kristian, Shayne and Jake installed my windows. it was a very long day for them. It was raining and cold. These three employees deserve a hugh pat on the back. they were thoughtful, friendly, polite and eager to please. wonderful embassadors for Centra windows. my only "thumbs down" would be to the person (who ever that was) who decided that this job (so far away) could be done in one day. after all the wonderful customer service, the company's bottom line reared it's ugly head! having said all that. i would recommend Centra to anyone i know who may need windows. the above mentioned employees are a definate asset to this company. thanks guys! caroline Squamish BC
