Since we were fully satisfied with this company’s installation of our basement carpet in 2020, we went with them again. Did not bother with other quotes. Mark is very customer oriented and responds In a timely and courteous manner as always. I chose Victorious based on their excellent Homestar rating and am happy with the decision. The technicians called to confirm and arrived on time. When completed, the technician walked me through the work and the thresholds. job well done. Thank you!
