We recently had a complete kitchen renovation done by the MacLeans Custom Kitchens and Bathrooms’ team. Heading into this project we had a number of designs/estimates and talked to many people before we made a decision on whom we would hire to complete this project for us. A kitchen renovation is a major undertaking as it is the heart of your home and we wanted to ensure it would be done right. The MacLeans’ team could not have been easier to deal with throughout the entire project. We talked to them initially about what we were hoping to accomplish and formulated our wish list. They were very accommodating about talking through the plan and adapting the plan to fulfil our wishes while bearing in mind the available space and their vast experience in completing many kitchen renovations. We are so very happy with the finished kitchen and after living with the new kitchen for the past six months don’t regret any of the changes. The MacLeans’ team were hardworking and truly care about their work and the customer’s satisfaction with the completed job. We recently undertook a major flooring/stair renovation to our 3,250 square foot home. We chose Decorama Flooring in Bowmanville. The owner, Marc, was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with through this process. He was very knowledgeable about his product offerings and offered great insight throughout our decision process. We installed hardwood flooring through almost the entire house and at the same time we were undergoing a kitchen renovation. Marc was very accommodating throughout this process and his co-operation made a huge difference in the ease of the process and its successful completion. His installer, Ali, was also great to deal with and was extremely hard working and very meticulous. Marc and Ali both cared about the quality of their work and the happiness of the customer with the completed job. Our Whitby home is 27 years old and we had the windows, in the back and some of the side, of our two story home replaced. Windows were ordered, received and installed in a timely fashion. John V, the sales person was very professional to deal with and came by our home first day of install to check in. The install team (John O, John, & "Cricket") were professional, worked well together as a team and did a great job! A bay window in our wall-papered dining room was installed and we expected that we may have to patch/remove paper in the area and they were careful and no touch-ups were needed. Love the view from our new picture window in our Bedroom sitting area! Very satisfied customers.
