I had asbestos in my basement and called Amosite based on their excellent rating. They came promptly, delivered the quote and got the work done flawlessly - and billed exactly as estimated. Such nice people, too! Can't say enough good things about Amosite. Highly recommended. A+

Hildi was lovely to work with and had lots of great ideas. We have a lovely kitchen as a result of her work. I'd love to give her a great review as a result, but she is a major disappointment in two areas. The first is measurement: her diagrams were off in one instance by about a foot (!) which cost us a lot of money to fix when we built the kitchen. More recently, we've also discovered that the rough-in she designed for the built-in fridge we are now finally installing is off as well. The second is communication: she has never responded to a single call or email about either of the problems we had. And honestly, the emails couldn't have been nicer and more understanding - I'd be happy to send them to anyone who doesn't believe me. I can forgive simple errors, but I can't forgive any business that doesn't own its mistakes and at least attempt to explain them. Hence the low rating, despite Hildi's considerable skills in some areas. It honestly pains me to leave this review, because she's nice, enthusiastic and not without merit. But the lack of follow-through is simply inexcusable. Not recommended.

We're in a large semi-detached house and had a squirrel problem. We weren't sure where the problem originated. (Hint: it was the neighbours' house!) In the end, we didn't really care where the problem originally started, we just wanted it solved. AAA came out for a visit and dealt with everything promptly. Unfortunately, they weren't able to secure the entire house the first time around, so we called again. When they came back, they found another hidden hole. But the problem persisted. In total, they were back 4 times with follow-up visits. Every time, they were prompt and friendly. And they never charged a dime beyond the initial fee. This kind of work is tough -- you can't always walk away saying the problem is solved, though I'm sure some companies do. AAA stood by their work and their estimate, and we're now squirrel-free in '08! Great experience.

My wife and I called with a plumbing emergency on a Sunday afternoon. William (?), the dispatcher, was friendly and attentive, and gave a totally accurate ETA. Jeremy Harris, the technician, was friendly, methodical, polite...the works. He didn't promise that our issue wouldn't recur, because one of the pipes is in need of eventual replacement. Instead, he suggested that at some point, we contact him or another plumber to fix the situation. That honesty was refreshing. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. You'll see DrainWorks vans everywhere -- they've got the founder's picture on them. If you're gonna put your face on your vans, you better be darn sure run a great company. DrainWorks is definitely a great company. 10/10
