Relatively new to real estate investing I chose Yuri on the recommendation of a friend. He was incredible and thorough insisting on getting into every crawl Space to ensure no stone was left unturned. He was incredibly knowledgeable yet knew when to recommend seeking advice from a professional (plumber, electrician etc.) to ensure the problems he flagged didn’t run even deeper. He also wrote an incredibly detailed, well organized report that was easy to understand. I can’t imagine using another inspector for any upcoming properties we look at and I can’t recommend Yuri enough
