Fabiano and his crew did a great job. They finished on time and on budget, and even took care of several "extras" along the way (some repainting, extractor fan replacement, new closet shelving, pot lights and new faucet in kitchen, new electrical covers and plugs). The final budget I listed here includes all the extras. They cleaned up nicely each day and were respectful of our space and of the condo regulations. Fabiano was always quick to respond to calls and text messages before and during the project. They did one bathroom at a time, so we always had one working bathroom.
