Always provided and installed furnaces in both my house and a rental property (for a total of over $16,000). Their installers did a great job (this is apparently more important than the brand of furnace). My biggest problem was trying to get the company to send me one of the two Provincial Rebates (they sent one but there should have been one for each property). Numerous calls did not get it resolved. In particular, trying to get Cam (apparently one of the owners) to even take may concern seriously was impossible. He refused to take my calls or to respond. I will never recommend or use a company that treats a customer so poorly - especially a customer who spent so much money. Very poor customer service!

To save time and money, I was trying to match the paint colour in a rental apartment. The staff at General Paints up near the Northtown Mall did a fabulous job. They were very patient and helpful. Their prices are also excellent.

I have used a number of cleaning companies and this company gave excellent service, they were very pleasant to work with and were very thorough. I was very pleased (and I am very fussy!). Highly recommended.

I have used this used appliance warehouse to replace a dryer and to come out for a repair. Their repairman was very honest about what needed to be done. They have a fairly good selection (constantly changing) and seem to be very qualified. Good to work with.

I got their name through an acquaintance of mine who works for them. It was an emergency situation and they were also the only ones available. They have a pricing system that made it a little more expensive than I was expecting, but it was an emergency so I don't really know what others would have charged. They were very efficient, came out when I needed them, and I was happy with the job done.

I had to replace a leaking hot water heater in a rental unit. Piper was very fast and did an excellent job with minimal disruption to my tenants. They cleaned up and removed the old tank and had everything done quickly. We have used them for a few smaller jobs and they are always quick to respond. Easy people to work with and pleasant.

Neal Fahselt did an excellent job of programming two new automatic door openers and making sure they were working properly. The price was very fair and the service was professional. He also was very thorough on a second garage door, making sure it was working properly and doing required maintenance. He went out of his way to make sure I was looked after.
