Recommended by a friend, Jim Mehta came to the house to discuss the renovations we wanted for our main bathroom. Jim is very polite and easy to work with. We decided on a glass shower, pot lights, new counters, and a new tub. Jim quoted us a price which was a bit lower than other contractors we contacted. He kept to the schedule and the whole job was done in about a month. We had to call him back for a slight plumbing problem but he responded immediately and fixed the problem. I would recommend Jim and Plus General Contracting to anyone.

Delsan is the company that did the original electrical wiring in our new house when we bought it so we thought who better to call. Dave the owner of the company came and he is very personable and easy to work with. Showed him the celing fan and towel warmer we purchased for installation. Dave had no problem with installing each of them in about 3 hours time. Both work perfectly. The towel warmer is in-wall and Dave had to break into the wall to hook it up properly. He even repaired the wall. I asked Dave if he could also install an extra wall outlet in the basement for a new freezer we had purchased. He did so on the spot for another $60. No problems and easy to deal with.

Was looking to install granite counter tops for kitchen and bathroom. I noticed this business from the highway and stopped to take a look. they have an extensive show room with many different slabs on display. We choose a leathered finish on a mid-level priced granite slab. Also bought a new blanco kitchen sink from them. They reserve the granite slab for you, send a person to your house to do the measurements, and then come over and install. Very professional and no problems. They will not do the plumbing for you so you have to do it yourself or hire a plumber. We are very satisfied with the work and quality of materials used. I wouldn't go anywhere else for granite counter tops.

Hired this contractor to install wood floors downstairs in three rooms. after giving me a quote for about $13,000 for the wood and installation, the owner Albert, sends over his brother to do the job. quickly i notice something is wrong as he proceeds to destroy all my baseboards, chips the walls and damages the wood flooring itself. i complained and a new installer was sent over and he did a much better job although not perfect. when i went to pay the bill, albert had jacked it up to $19,000. i argued with him for hours and we finally settled on $15,000. Would never use these guys again.
