Excellent customer service all round. They are professional & polite. Calls & emails are returned in a timely manner. We used Helen & she sourced our granite selection as it wasn't one they kept in stock. The slabs arrived quicker than expected. Install was professional. They even returned to address a seam as they were not completely happy upon install. I am so happy with my granite choice & get lots of compliments. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service all round. We used Desert tile for our kitchen floor upgrade. We chose a porcelain tile & Alex installed. Excellent end result. Work was completed when quoted & he was professional & respectful. We called him back to do the backsplash once the kitchen cupboards were installed. Excellent workmanship & attention to detail. Do your homework & get quotes. This company has good customer service in the sales department but the main management takes forever to return calls or emails. Work done to our kitchen was sloppy, missing pieces. They subcontract out. Install guys damaged the ceiling and the new cupboards being installed. Many areas with gaps that needed adjusting over time.
