We recently had a set of shutters refinished by Craftsman, and we were very pleased with the service from start to finish. Communication was easy and clear and pricing was exactly as promised. They came and picked up the shutters, completed the refinishing and installed them again after. They look gorgeous again, and we are more than pleased to recommend using Craftsman.

We needed new doors so we contacted B&M, Home Depot, Rona and Olympia. We were astounded at the quotes from all companies. B&M was our first choice because their quote was all inclusive, while all the others had "hidden add-ons" for necessary items or they were for a limited time only. They had all the same selection as the other guys, and we were able to order exactly what we wanted. On the day of installation, the guys showed up promptly, and were done a couple of hours before they had thought it would take. They did a great job and cleaned everything up after, like they were never there (and neither were the doors they replaced!).

This is the second time I've used Titans, both times as a result of shingles blowing off our roof in extreme winds. It seems that the house we bought has very good shingles on it, but they were not installed properly. Both times Titan responded very quickly and professionally when other companies didn't (they're all busy after wind storms). Both repairs qualified as the "Roof Tune Up" offered by Titan and we were billed exactly what they said the package cost (quoted before they even came to the house and saw that they'd have to order the shingles). The guys that did the work were professional and cleaned everything up after they left. They replaced the shingles and repaired caulking and flashing and tacked down anything that looked like it could be a problem in the future. Overall we found this company to be more responsive, affordable and professional than any of the others we contacted.
