Green warrior took more than 25% money , did their 2 to 3% of their job and walked way. They told that they are going for lunch and will bring more soil to finish their job but they didn't returned. There was no agreement to pay middle of the job but I paid upon trust. I recommend to others, please try other reliable company who can do your job. I would like to clarify the situation. Initially I gave your the quote that was high for you and asked me to reduce the price by using for the project the soil which you already had on your property (about 7 yards). I accepted it and gave you new price taking into consideration that we don’t need to buy and deliver soil to your property.
On the project day when my crew already trimmed, tilled and spread 7 yards of your soil, you told that you need 20 yard of soil more. I explained you that if you want more soil- we can bring it but you will need to pay for it (because deal was to use ONLY your soil). You refused in an aggressive manner. You kept telling my crew that you are working for the government trying to threaten them by that fact.
For the first time in the season I took a decision not to finish the project as the client was aggressive and told absolutely opposite things that it was discusses when the deal was made. I respect my crew and don’t want them to feel themselves threatened or harassed on their work place.
The deposit that you paid exactly covers the expenses. It was 5 people working on your project from 8 am to 1pm. During that time they trimmed, tilled and spread 7 yards of your soil. Approximately 60-70% of the work was done. I have all pictures before-in process- after of everything what was done. Even all that negative attitude from your part I wanted to resolve the problem in the civil manner, but got aggressive and threatening attitude on the phone. Anyway I am always open for a civil manner communication. We are honest company and prove it every day to our customers.
