The home inspector was flexible with their schedule, allowing me to change my appointment at very late notice due to a mortgage financing issue, and by starting the inspection at 4:30 PM, allowing me to attend the inspection after my work day. Although I was not present while the inspector was performing the inspection the process appeared thorough based on the findings presented to me while walking through the results with me. The inspector provided us with many recommendations related both to the findings of the inspection and general maintenance of homes that I am sure will be useful to us during this unfamiliar time. Overall we were very pleased with our choice in inspector.
