We reached out to TSR several months ago while experiencing a squirrel infestation in our attic. Squirrels had damaged several vents and were making constant noise and causing problems with electrical wires. The electrician who visited the house to fix some pot lights had alerted us to the extent of the damage caused by the squirrels. They were the ones who referred us to TSR. Apparently, they did some similar work for the electrician some time ago and he sounded pleased about it. TSR made two visits to our home. On the first visit they installed some exclusion devices and secured some holes around the roof. On the second visit, they ensured the squirrels were out and fixed the remainder of the holes. By that point, all the squirrel noise - running, scratching and screeching - had stopped. During the entire process, their animal removal technicians were professional and considerate. They did not try to hide any information from us and provided us with a detailed description of their work to make sure that we were feeling comfortable. They even showed us before and after images of their work. Would certainly hire them again and recommend them to our friends and neighbours.
