The house was left in a mess and his renovations were laughable....if it was not my house. He dismantled many items i.e. cupboard doors, over sprayed light fixture, put up drywall but didn't screw them into the studs and it had to be replaced, expropriated several items o mine, and B&E'd the basement which wasn't part of the rental. The police are looking for this guy.
