Service with sales rep at Richmond Hill store was great. Sales rep (MIKE) was very knowledgeable and helpful, in helping me decide on a great selection. The team of installers (OCTAVIO and CAT) were amazing. They installed the floor very efficiently, were very careful with my furniture, as a matter of fact Octavio installed felt pads under all my furniture. They were very clean as they cleaned up after themselves and I did not have any dust, as a matter fact the very little dust, or sawdust was on the balcony, where the cutting of floor was done. I would certainly recommend this company for all your wood, laminate or vinyl floors as the store has a great and big selection. I would rate them 10 out of 10. in all aspects. Thank you. Angie P.
