I’m impressed by the service and quality of inspection work by Joel. Also impressive was the quick availability on the same day. He made himself available to fit in with my schedule, the accommodation was appreciated. Joel was very polite, friendly, respectful and professional on the calls, and continued to be in person. He was thorough when reviewing the areas of concern in the home being considered for purchase, and provided clear information and quote estimates for the potential work.
