We had a new front door installed yesterday by Renewal by Anderson. The project managers Layne and Ricky supported me through the process, always smiling and answering my hundreds of questions with ease. The two installers, Edgar and Fernando, were highly skilled. The door looks fabulous and Ive already received a few compliments. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbours.

Scot of Scotstone carefully crafted a front yard landing, path and garden wall to match the stone on our front porch as well as grading the area so that the first front step was the proper height and the landing and path would drain properly. Scot went to great lengths to ensure that the stone and appearance brought everything together making multiple trips to find the right colour and look that I wanted. Not in 40 years of home ownership and two whole home renovations have I ever experienced the craftsmanship and attention to detail of Scotstone. Not only is the work splendid but Scot also cleaned up the yard and threw down some grass seed so that when he left, we had no work to do on our own. Scot is truly an artist. Neighbours have gathered at the foot of our property to admire our new look.

My husband lost his house keys and we decided the safest thing to do was to have all six of the 20 year-old locks rekeyed. I spoke with a John on the phone and we agreed on a time that afternoon. John was on time, polite, and extremely knowledgeable about locks. He rekeyed all six locks within an hour even though the condition of the locks made the work challenging. He also made 5 sets of keys for us that work more easily in the locks than any time in the eleven years we’ve lived in the house.
