Michael was pleasant and professional. The inspection was very thorough as was the walk-through explaining what he found. There was one item that has been referred to the builders and some recommendations which I will follow. Follow-up was good and I have no regrets on using this service.

All the cleaning was very thorough as has been the case previously. Small problem with my new roof pointed out for my follow-up. Crew is very friendly and easy to deal with.
