With a basement drain that clogs on a regular basis, I was looking for someone who could explain the recurring issue. I called Tony for an estimate and he unclogged the drain in minutes but also diagnosed the problem: there is a historical blockage far up the pipes that will require some demolition of the basement floor to access. A big job, but now I know who to call. He also gave me good advice on how to keep the water flowing in the meantime, which I shall follow. I can highly recommend Tony as a highly skilled drain specialist and all-round nice guy!

Jill is a very attentive, capable person with a long history of satisfied customers. She first plastered our ceiling (water damage) and painted it, a few years back and we were very happy to get her to paint our entire house interior this past summer. She did the work while we were away on holiday which made the whole experience painless. I can recommend her highly.

Joe helped us with purchasing a new stove, and gave a great deal on a floor model. He walked us through all of the available brands and gave us an honest assessment of them all. He registered our stove with the company, and will be available to us should anything go wrong with it. After buying a stove online(!) from Sears and having two burners and the oven all go, it was nice to have personalized service from someone in my neighbourhood - for a better price.
