Andy and his team changed the entire aluminum eave trough system on our bungalow. They spent almost 4 full days working on this job and Andy was there for every minute. His team arrived on time each day, laboured continuously, quietly and cleaned up each evening before leaving. Andy even spent extra time solving two water overflow area problems that has haunted us for years and were very careful around my wife's numerous beautiful plants. We highly, highly, highly recommend Andy Aluminum.

We hired Templar last month to remove approx. 350sq.ft of sub flooring in our basement. Dave came out early on a Saturday morning to estimate the job and answer ALL my questions. Within a day and a half the moldy plywood sub floor and some vinyl (possible asbestos) tiles were disposed of. The team of 3, under Dave's guidance were extremely professional, sealing off doorways and safely/cleanly removed the wood and tiles. No damage was done to walls, ceilings or the ceiling. Several days later we received a certificate indicating our basement was asbestos free. Thanks for a great job.

We used Global One Roofing after watching them re-shingle our mothers house last summer. Again we found Global One Roofing excellent. Peter was very easy to work with, he is an excellent listener and sat with us answering all our questions regarding shingle quality, underlay, etc. He was especially helpful ensuring we ordered the correct sized and style skylights. His installation team were top notch: arrived on time, used tarps ALL around the house, worked non stop until rain arrived. They were back the next day (Saturday) bright and early to complete our roof. Excellent work ethic, no non-sense and superbly cleaned up.
