We needed to store the contents of our home before moving to our new house, because we our renovations were behind schedule. I was thrilled when I first found Storage Stadium because of their innovative crate system. I liked that my belongings would be loaded and unloaded only once and would stay in the crate for the duration of storage. The first leg of the move went off without a hitch - the movers were careful and respectful and we were delighted with the care they took with our furniture. However, when they came back to deliver our furniture to the new house, the experience was entirely different. The movers were clearly impatient to be done with the job and did a great deal of damage to the new wood floors of our house. It looks like they pushed our furniture across the floors, which are now covered by scratches. We are very let down by the company.

I hired Euro Railings to replace the interior wood and iron staircase railings in my home. George came to the house to take measurements/provide an estimate and then had us go to his factory to select exactly which pickets, posts and handrails we wanted. He had a very good selection of pickets and we are thrilled with our choices. The price was also VERY competitive, one of the lowest prices we received when shopping around. The installation was done relatively promptly and very well. The finished product is just beautiful.

We hired Cleantek to clean the basement carpet of a house we just finished renovating. The carpets are many years old, yet now they look good as new, thanks to Cleantek. Rejean was very diligent and meticulous in his cleaning; he spent a much longer time going over the carpet with his machines that other carpet cleaners I have seen. He managed to remove the caked in dirt/stains and we are very pleased with his results. As well, his price was quite a bit more economical than some of the other companies we called. It is a real pleasure spending time in the basement now because of the fresh, clean carpet!

My contractor sent me to Rivalda to choose tiles for our front foyer, side entrance, kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. The sales associate we dealt with was not very interested in providing suggestions or advice. When we found some tiles we liked, we were told we had to return for samples because the warehouse was closed and to call in advance to ensure she had the samples ready. The next day, I called and gave her several hours notice to get my samples. When I arrived, she did not have the samples; I was told to drive to their warehouse a few minutes away to pick up the samples myself, and if I didn't get there within the next ten minutes, the warehouse would be closed. I rushed to do so. When I called a few days later to place the order, they refused to give me the price for the tiles over the phone. When all was said and done and the order finally place, I was told they would not deliver because the order was too small. This was in direct contradiction to what I had been told earlier. At this point my contractor got involved and they delivered the tiles. However, the delivered the WRONG ones!! Now I need to go through the entire process again to exchange them.
