Great Home inspection, saved us few thousand dollars
David did inspection on our new home. It was very through and helpful. He found an issue that water leaks from chimney to basement. It could've been easily missed. We saved few thousand dollars after seller agreed to reduce the price for the fix. Strongly recommended. Also remember to do your own research. Educate yourself so the inspector can work better with you.
