I can not say enough about the friendly customer service the technician Richard showed. His professionalism was perfect. He arrived on time, was very helpful and thorough in his review and cleaning of not only my chemney concerns but as well with the other services such as dryer vent services they offer. All this is just part of the call. A happy customer and I would use them again.
