Richard came out to assess an attic problem. He was very thorough and explained in great detail what was causing the problem and what the remediation was. Shawn arranged everything and helped us coordinate with a third-party. Titanworks was very flexible for timing, and were professional through and through. Would go to them for all my roofing and insulation needs.

Healthy Environmental messed up my attic, causing me over $5,000 in damage. Healthy Environmental came to top-up my attic insulation to a higher R value. They sprayed insulation everywhere, including blocking all the soffit venting so air could not get out. This created a humidity sauna in my attic, causing mold, and even doing damage to the roofing plywood. We only noticed it once nail rust started oozing out of the siding. When Healthy Environmental came to look at it, the owner Henry agreed that the insulation should not have been covering the soffits, and said he would look over his notes to see what the agreement had said (did he think we asked him to cover up the airflow?). He refused to refund us the payment, refused to take any blame, and tried to offer us a "at cost mold remediation" - only that doesn't solve the wet insulation that needs to be removed and replaced, and it doesn't help the plywood that is rotting in our attic. Henry also refused to talk to me on the phone about it afterwards. What kind of an organization blows insulation haphazardly without consequence? I would never use Healthy Environmental for anything and strongly recommend against anyone else using them.
