I purchased "LG Out of Warranty Support" to repair my dryer on Tuesday and filled out all of the details including the error code, technician was scheduled for Monday the next week. On Monday got a call that the technician couldn't make it, and they have to reschedule to Wednesday. On Wednesday the technician came and said that they don't fix that error code. So after a whole week, two days off work staying at home waiting for the technician, my dryer is still not working and I paid for the privilege the learn that "Ars Repair & Installation" does not deal with my specific error code. They could have just refused the original support request that contained the error code, but they decided to waste my time and money.

I moved into a new home and the shower water temperature control was broken. I tried contacting different plumbers but they didn't have the parts and had no suggestions on how to proceed, probably the reason the previous homeowner left it broken. When I finally contacted Alex he instructed me on how to get the parts and when the parts arrived he came and fixed it. Perfect service, it was easy to communicate and schedule using messages, he arrived on time, fixed the issue, explained how to extend the life of the control valve and now everything is working great.

John did a great job fixing the paint in my basement, including a portion of the ceiling which is more difficult to reach. He also provided and installed a nice looking removable cover for an unused dryer vent. This is the second time I've called John and I would definitely recommend him.

Kenneth promptly replied to my service request, scheduled to arrive same day, arrived within the time window, figured out the odd reason behind the malfunction, repaired the issue and charged me the original amount we have agreed upon in the service request. Really great service.

I had an old humidifier that was covered in rust and seemed like an unpleasant thing to have attached to the house's air circulation even turned-off. Erik came by and easily removed it along with the surrounding rusted parts, covered all the holes, inspected the A/C and gave some great tips on how to maintain the HVAC. I will definitely recommend Coretemp Heating and Air to my friends and family.

I've contacted North Star Pest Control two times, once for birds getting inside vents and a recently for a squirrel that got stuck indoors and a hornet nest outside the house. The birds issue has been completely resolved and I haven't heard birds inside the vents since their visit months ago. The squirrel was captured very professionally and gently, attached photo. The hornet nest was treated on the same visit, clearly required specialized equipment which they had, also attached photo. Would definitely recommend their services for any pest control needs.

I hired NPC to renovate my garage, in addition to completely replacing the insulation/electrical/drywall/doors, the renovation also included removing a support column and replacing it with a beam. Natanael clearly takes pride in his work and pays great attention to details, often pointing out to me minor aesthetic issues that I would've probably never noticed myself. Most importantly, the end result is exactly as I had hoped it would be.

I was referred to Sauzteq Engineering by the general contractor I hired to replace my two small garage doors with a single large garage door. Mohammad has been very responsive over email, always arriving on time, handled all of the city inspection bureaucracy for a modest fee and most importantly, the end result is exactly what I was hoping it would be.
