Dealt with Brian (salesperson) and Jason (installer). Both were very efficient and polite. Brian worked out a great price and the service from Jason was excellent service. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Max came out as arranged a week ago. Very polite and professional person. Fixed two problems and the AC unit has been running perfectly since. Would not hesitate to recommend him and will definitely be using him for any issues in the future.

Just purchased a food mixer and comparable is overstated by $150.00. Be very careful of this place. The comparable prices are way off on many products. They don't put the model numbers on their website so that direct comparisons can't be made. Comparing the power rating of the product usually shows that they sell products at the lower end of the range.
We purchased a split box spring on sale but when it arrived it was too high for the bed frame. After reading some of the reviews I was clearly concerned. I went to the store and explained the situation. Not only did the sales person agree to exchange it but gave a discount on the one we needed. He was very pleasant and helpful. There was a $50 charge for the redelivery & pickup which I feel is fair.
Pre-sales advice and help was very good. Needed precise measurements over the phone once the deposit had been paid the salesman was eager to help. The delivery was half an hour late but the the people who came took a lot of time and effort to make the table. Once they left and upon closer inspection, it didn't look 100% (slightly wonky) so called the manager to explain. Had to chase him several times but someone did then come out and fix the problem. Overall, very happy with the product and service.

Daniel was very patient and helpful in providing pre-sales information. The technician who came, arrived on the dot and was very polite. Can't really ask for more. Daniel has been very helpful with questions after the contract was taken out too.
Very polite staff (in general(Came across 1 unhelpful and rude sales assistant). Placed order and delivery was on time and the delivery staff were friendly and courteous. They took the futon up 2 flights of stairs. The items purchased are really nice and priced reasonably.
Went to the Yonge and Sheppard store to return a game and actually got charged on my credit card. Staff were really polite but Brian, the district manager was very rude and unhelpful - Actually ended up blaming me for the staff error.
