I contacted Mike when we needed to have some repairs to our brickwork in our century home in Hamilton. He replied quickly and was able to start the project in a very reasonable timeline. We have purchased from Chris at Arctic Spa previously and when we sold our home and looked to purchase a new spa for our new home, we had to again go back to Arctic Spa.
