They came highly recommended by a few of our neighbours who had their floor installed. The fellas were very friendly and professional. They have so many different woods in their store we had no idea where to start, but the fellas there gave us a lot of ideas and showed us many photos of different wood floors. There were one issue, incident we had during the installation, but they were quick to resolve it after a phone call. We ended up picking a beautiful antique looking floor from vintage and it looks absolutely fabulous! I was worried it would look too country style in the beginning. Price was amazing and so was the overall service.

Had our duct cleaned after we did some renovation. The fellas were nice and polite. The room was left quite dusty after they cleaned the duct, a lot of the dust originally inside the duct sorta flew out) But I guess that's normal? It wasn't too much and it was easy to clean up on the floor instead inside the duct! There were some upselling, but overall prices were very fair
