Chose Grady's based primarily on the reviews in this forum - and was NOT disappointed! John is prompt, knowledgeable, very accommodating and his prices are also extremely competitive. He assessed the problem and proposed different options. The raccoon(s?) are now gone and with the screening John installed (over the original access points and other potential ones), the house should prove to be inhospitable to them in the future. Should some other critter decide they like my house, John will be getting a call! :)
