No clue what was wrong with the machine, the guy came in and had it fixed within an hour. I know not everyone will be that lucky, but we were. Tick on the pricy side, but the gentleman that came was very nice, professional and didn’t need to be prompted to take off his shoes. Overall really satisfied.
