Very prompt service, but could be more thorough. They were able to come in within 24 hrs to diagnose the problem. He spent a few minutes with my washing machine (3 years old Whirlpool) and diagnosed that the motor was gone and would have to be replaced. He suggested motor replacement would be around $500 and recommended purchasing another one. I called up a friend and explained what Tony said. He spent 15 minutes online and said he knows what the problem is and would order the part. Came over in a few days with a motor part (carbon brush) and replaced it in 30 minutes. The machine works fine now. The company is good for simple fixes, but don't recommend for all repairs. They were the lowest with their service call charge so I guess you get what you paid for. They'll push you to buy a new/refurbished machine through them. I recommend getting a second opinion at that point.
