The first thing to say here is that I have never had such a positive experience in moving, especially an intercity move. My first conversation with Brent was very positive, and I immediately felt more at ease since I was talking to the owner of a family business. I instantly felt more confident that we were going to be taken care of properly. Because our closing dates were two days apart, ours was a two-part move that involved moving out of our home in Toronto on one day and moving into our new home a couple of hours north two days later. As a result, we needed our moving company to be able to keep our belongings on the truck for a couple of days. Check. Brent himself was very knowledgeable about the legal process of home closings, and was able to help us figure out logistics, including when to schedule the move in. Because of previous moves with companies who had all kinds of fine print and insurance shenanigans bent on paying only $.15 on the dollar for damaged goods, I challenged Brent about his insurance and was told that his policy pays out damaged property in full, with a deductible. Brent also proved to be very responsive throughout - answering his phone, replying to emails, basically answering questions quickly and thoroughly. The move out went extremely well; and the 3-man crew that Brent sent over was very polite, thorough and hardworking. They took apart furniture that needed to be dismantled quickly and made sure to attach all hardware as well so it was easy to find when the furniture needed to be reassembled. All in all, it was very smooth. The move in was also smooth, and the crew worked diligently and quickly to put everything exactly where it was supposed to be, and reassembled all furniture as well. Both crews were professional, courteous and hardworking. We completed the entire 3-day process with no major damage to anything, although we did have one small issue with a print that Brent took care of as he said he would. All in all, the move with M&M Movers was outstanding start to finish, and I would recommend them to ANYONE looking to move, big or small.

My free replacement value insurance covers for a professional repair or replacement if 6 years or newer,my Operations manager trains the crews and works with them this is critical for quality control, he actually gets the credit for the excellent crews, I monitor all the feedback obviously.
