Complete redo of our front yard and side patio including new pavers throughout, new curbs, a new fence, a raise of our pergola, a new gate door, and a new stain for our side fence. It was a massive job that Alex and his team did extremely well. He made great recommendations, his craftmanship and execution were top notch and he did a tremendous job ensuring my neighbors were happy and not disrupted. He even went above a beyond and handled a couple of minor jobs to ensure our outdoor area was amazing. You can see in the photos how great our front yard and side patio look now and we are extremely happy with the rest.

First called Josh to investigate and issue with my a strange smell in my basement. He came by the same day and quickly discovered a poorly constructed sump pit with mold growing it that needed to be fully replaced. He came later that week and not only replaced the sump pit with a proper system but also re-routed by laundry to the drain and also filled in the old fit with concrete. Him and his team did a high quality work and left my place looking great. He also ensured I was aware, eligible and helped me apply for a city program to get a significant rebate. It was such a good experience I have used him ever since to replace a couple pipes and faucets. He is not only quick but his prices are fair! Would highly recommend him

We had a fantastic renovation experience with Arash and Ramin from Regal Design! As first-time homeowners coming from a condo, we were apprehensive about doing a renovation. They quickly assuaged our concerns with their professional, responsive, and considerate work style. They listened to our design wishes and were straightforward and thoughtful in how we could meet our goals for the renovation. Our renovation included the main floor powder room, kitchen, and en-suite bathroom, as well as raising ceilings, replacing lighting and painting the main floor. They had their team working on the house nearly every day and kept us up to speed on what was being done and when. When there was an issue or something we wanted to discuss they were always available and offer multiple solutions. Many of which were quite innovative that we didn't think of ourselves. The quality of work was the thing that impressed us the most. Every detail was done to a high standard and done with an eye towards design. We are now 5 months from our renovation and have not had a single issue. Before and After photos attached. We would 100% use them again on our next big project and would highly recommend them.
