We bought our first home here in Canada and having the habit from home of renovating before moving in, we did the same here. We found Frank by recommendation from our realtor - she mentioned that Frank got her out of some failed renovation and it was great. So, I've called Frank for a quote. He came by, evaluated everything that it was to be done and took some time to come with an offer. About a week later he came back with the offer and the timeline of the work to be done. I was surprised at first but Frank took the time to stay and discuss with us every aspect why and how the price and timeline were considered. We started the project at the end of November and it was supposed to take 10 weeks even with the Christmas season on the way. Work started and advanced fast and Frank was on top of it. Frank's team worked even during the Christmas "vacation" even without Frank being present. They knew what they had to do and did it great. Frank kept close contact with the project even while being away. All the planned terms worked like a charm. Even when something unexpected came up (and there were plenty of occasions) Frank was able to plan ahead with the coming phases. At the very end the job was awesome and in the planned time. The renovation involved following: renewing of the kitchen(new tile floors,taking down old cabinets and a wall from a previous pantry; making new custom cabinets and instaling apliances),full renovation of our lower bathroom (which included new ventilator, lights, new shower with drainage that where not previously there,moving toilet drainage so we could fit a shower,tiling and lights), creation of a new wardrobe space with custom doors at the side entrance, painting all over the house and replacement of the electrical panel. There were small hick-ups - like the electrician making a technical good job but a nasty looking one. Frank was able to deal with them and make them redo the job to the best of their abilities and also mentioned changing for the future. Overall, we loved the outcome of a project, we are happily living in our newly renovated home and looking forward for the next projects coming and for which Frank and his team will be the contractor to do it. We will always recommend Frank to our friends and family. Thank you Frank.
