We highly recommend Bart, who helped us with the difficult task of renovating our 105-year-old home. We had a lot of ideas and some preliminary plans ahead of our meetings, and Bart thoughtfully assembled them into a workable scheme. He also gave us great advice on submitting plans to the City, going through the Committee of Adjustment process and the addition of the required systems, such as HRV. We are now completely enjoying our home and are grateful to him for his much-needed assistance.
