Friendly, professional, honest, experienced and proficient. No sales tactics. The crew of 5 were meticulous and hard-working. They use quality products ( I researched and asked the questions). I especially appreciated the precise clean up on and around the property. Communication with Darina was excellent. I don't think she ever took more than 5 minutes to get back to me and she brought a sample of the shingles to my house for me to approve before I committed to to the job. Jorge took pictures as per attached, and pointed out I needed some additional work on my dormer and his quote was an offer I couldn't refuse. It was more than reasonable. I am already recommending this team to my circle and neighbours. I recommend Green Roofing Solutions wholeheartedly.

Beware of this unscrupulous company. I was visited by a con artist technician with no integrity on Friday Jan 4, 2019. My 12 year old front loading washing machine presented with a loud clunking sound at the final spin cycle. Nicholas diagnosed the problem as a broken drum. His list of repairs totalling $361.60 showed a rotation system service, motor service (the motor worked fine..??) and a drive/bearing service, on the invoice. None of which he actually performed. When he was done playing around with my machine, pulling it out and pretending like he was fixing it (as I now know), he told me he tested the washer and it was working fine. As soon as he left I tested it myself and the problem was even worse. The sound was louder and I could now hear something metallic and loose rolling around with the spinning as well. At the same time as his diagnosis he said that if the issue returns I must replace the rear drum and bearing: $528.64 + HST. He wrote this on the invoice and asked me to sign. This is where I became suspicious and had a strong feeling I was being hoodwinked. He was setting me up in the hopes of getting the second more expensive repair from me. Somehow my signing solidified his hopes of being able to come back a second time to rip me off. I called the company immediately after I ran my test cycle, asking that they send back a more experienced technician to actually fix the problem and was told that I was speaking to dispatch and there was nothing they could do. Someone would call me Monday or Tuesday next week. No one ever called. On the following Monday I had a reputable technician come in to have a look at the washer. I wish I had called him first but I couldn’t remember his name then I Iater came across a fridge magnet with his number on it. He had repaired my previous washing machine. He is an honest and experienced sole proprietor. He said the drum was broken – and showed me the exact spot. He said that you can’t fix this. He advised against a new drum because of the high cost and who knows what else may be broken once you remove it – the machine being older. Best to buy a new one. I asked him if the Appliance Repairman tech was untruthful and he said yes, I had been taken. Was the Appliance Repairman technician (Nicholas) incompetent or taking advantage of a single, senior citizen woman? Draw your own conclusions. Something else questionable on the invoice is this clause: “I acknowledge that the appliance and its surroundings have been left in good condition and have not been damaged by an appliance repair technician.” Why would you have to include this unless you have had technicians being accused of such? Recap: I paid $361.60 and took a half vacation day off work to have my machine looked at and NOT repaired plus $40 for a decent service person to advise me I need a new machine. I acknowledged I would have to pay Appliance Repairman an additional $528.64 if the problem persists. Don't trust them.

I am so happy I stumbled upon WaterMart while I was out walking on Queen Street East in Toronto. No high pitched sales tactics with this outfit, just good old fashioned & honest product knowledge via 2 very pleasant and humble team members. My installation appointment was booked for the next day and I couldn't be more impressed with the care taken and the checklist left for me of what was done - replacing the old cartridge, installing a new one, sanitizing the faucet inside and out and checking the pressure, for example. The technician showed up 10 minutes early, took his shoes off at the door and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. The water is delicious. I will highly recommend this local business to anyone and everyone. Great service, Great product, Great find, Great price.

Hi Kathleen. I have to say that it is a rare thing that someone comes into the office from the street and sets up an installation. Thank you so much for dropping by! It was great to meet you in person. I'm happy to hear that you were pleased with Yasser's professionalism and the system he installed. I have passed on your kind words to him and he passes back his thanks. To repeat my words in response to your Google review, thank you for taking the time to review us on a couple of platforms - always great to hear that people are spreading the word. Please let us know any time if you have follow up questions. We are always happy to help. All the best, Dave, Yasser and the Watermart Team.

Wight Tree Service was referred to me by a very happy customer in the Yonge + Lawrence area in Toronto. He said they do very good work and had no complaints. John Wight and his crew removed a mature, very large and diseased Ash tree from my backyard in downtown Toronto, September 2015. Access was a little tricky because of a narrow laneway running behind the property plus lots of hydro, and cable wires. They worked with a cherry picker, a chipper and a trailer to haul the wood away. There was a lot of wood and it took approximately 7 hrs. I was impressed that they were willing to make the commute from north of Newmarket I found John and Matt to be very quick and professional with responses. They did an excellent job very carefully removing the tree which was time consuming and no easy task. Clearly they are experts in their field. I found their clean-up to be impeccable. I was all set to go out with my broom and sweep the laneway and backyard and there was absolutely no need. I was also amazed and how close they sawed the tree trunk to the ground. The fee for service was very fair and worth every penny. I was very happy with the high level of service and expertise and wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend them.

I would like to commend Grant and Chris who came by my condo 3 weeks ago and assisted me with an install of 6 light fixtures. It sounds easy enough but my designer was very picky in the lengths of each pendants and the placement of each fixture. They were very polite and patient with us. We appreciate all that you do, even the little things.
