Gitano gave me a good quote in a reasonable time even in mid-winter. They then called in the spring and booked the job despite the limitations of Covid-19. They sent a crew of 2 to do my house and my attached neighbour's. They two guys did the whole job in 2 days, including some unexpected flashing work. Looks great. The crew were friendly, kept me informed on progress, and did a great job cleaning up after each day's work. Definitely recommended for cost and quality.

Came back from 3 months away to find our main sewer outlet line blocked and the basement flooding. Posted a request for service on Home Stars late Monday and Cesare from Inline Mechanical called within 30 mins and was on site first thing the next morning. He went right to work, found the line blocked with tree roots, and was able to clear enough of them away to get us operational. Cost was what he quoted on the phone from my description. Great relief and salvaged my vacation return.

We needed to replace our 50 year old electric panel, upgrade the service from 100A to 200A, run a supply cable through the garden to our detached garage, and supply and install a charging station for an electric vehicle. High Park came promptly to supply a quote and then to schedule the job. They had great difficulty finding a Canadian supplier for an electric vehicle charger from the Ontario government's current list of chargers eligible for their rebate, but they were successful in finding one. This is obviously still a very small market. Finding the best way to supply power to our garage was also a challenge which they met. They did the work quickly and thoroughly, arranged all the Toronto Hydro disconnect/connect work, and the ESA inspections, repaired the holes they had to make in the house and garage walls, and cleaned everything up afterwards. Definitely a great job at a great price.

I have 3 huge Northern Red Oak trees and 2 Norway Maples on a tiny urban lot. I want them to outlive me and Bartlett have been very instrumental in keeping them healthy. They took my order and quickly set appointment with an arborist and then with the work crews to suit my schedule. All arrived on time with full crews. Did the jobs carefully with a similar concern to me that all these trees live long and prosper. Thorough clean-up afterwards.

Family run business. Quick responses to all inquiries. Came up with a creative solution to protect a valuable tree adjacent to my garage. Job completed promptly and well. Definitely recommended.

As before, the office responded promptly confirming my booking on Nov. 24 for both window and gutter cleaning. It was late in the season as my oak leaves are always the last to fall. A crew showed up to do the windows in a so-so way but would not clean the eavestroughs. After contacting them and getting two more confirmed dates for the gutter cleaning, no one ever came. Now it is winter and the leaves are frozen in solid.

The company came within 3 days of my request to do a quote. They followed up a few days later to see if I had questions. When I decided to go ahead with the job they were able to book a start within 3 days. The crew arrived as scheduled. They were friendly, professional and very fast doing the job. They accommodated all my on-site requests and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The new eavestroughs look and work great. A very satisfying experience.

Job included patching and painting all interior walls and ceilings on 3 floors of a 1500 sq ft house including crown, baseboards and doors. Several different surfaces, colours and finishes were involved. Work was started and finished as per agreed schedule. The work was done carefully and to a very high standard by respectful and personable painters. They also cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and at the end of the job. They were so good we used them again this year for additional paining and some touch-ups after a small interior renovation job. I recommend them to anyone I can because of their top quality work and competitive cost.
