We visited several tile stores in Richmond and Vancouver. Many had way more selection, but were pricey. Richmond Tile Centre gave us excellent service, had a product we liked at much better price than we'd seen elsewhere. Helpful, professional, friendly. Very satisfied.
They have great products, they have very professional and helpful sales staff which made the decision-making very easy. They took their time to make sure we understood all options and features and considerations. Cost is approximate, I can't remember now what the exact amount was. The installers were also great, very nice people all around.
This company did the house behind ours; I was so impressed with how quick they were, how great the house looked afterwards, and how CLEAN they kept the jobsite! We hired them to replace our doors and windows. Beautiful product, great customer service, excellent workmanship, good people! Three years later, I am still thrilled when I see the house...and my heating bill!

We called them when my mother's sink backed up. It was UGLY! They were on site within an hour, they were very professional, kind and helpful. They made sure we understood what would be done, what the cost would be, etc. They recommended a drain cleaner product be used regularly as it's an old house with narrow pipes, so it clogs easily.
