EcoStar Did a great job at a reasonable price
I contacted EcoStar through HomeStars and got a reply within hours. I spoke to Enri and explained the job required and was quoted a price much cheaper than any of the others also contacted. I live in an area where most contracters over-quote becasue they have too much work and don't really want any more business. We struct a deal with EcoStar and they crew showed up and got the job done within hours. Thank you. I highly recommend this company for insullation.

Repair and replacement of broken window
It was early Sunday when a large pot came sailing through our front bay window and it was a cold -20 outside. We had to get the window repaired as quickly as possible. I made several calls to Window contractors (several on this site) and Serge was the only one to call me back. Serge offered to come by right away and even offered to temporarily close up the large hole. Measurements were take and 2 days later I had a new window with a better r-value and thicker glass. Dealing with Serge was a pleasure and I would highly recommend using him for any Window related services. He took extra care in cleaning up both inside and outside. I just wish I had found him before having all my windows upgraded last summer. I would have saved money and had a better job done.
Gutter, Facia, Soffit replacement
My gutters were is really bad shape and we were getting water in the basement from the run-off. I called for 3 quotes the least cost coming in at $2600 and a warning that I would have to wait at lease 2 months before they could begin. I noticed my neighbor getting new windows and saw the contractactor's truck which advertised gutters, windows and siding, so I decided to ask for a quote. Can_Alum (Peter) came in at over a $1000 cheaper. I was at first scptical, but asked the neighbor and they were happy with the work done. I decided to go ahead. These guys were fast and did a great job. They even put in new down-spouts. I paid them in full even though I had one small adjustment to be completed later. They came back a few days later, and completed the job. Another neighbor even had their house done the next week, and was also very happy with the work done. I wish I had the same luck with all of the contractors I have used in the past.
