We were confident that Integrity Contracting Corp. will do a good job, hence, we decided to hire them to do our addition among three other contractors. The project was to build the rough building structure that includes, excavation, footings, foundation, concrete slab, below grade Insulation, mechanical roughening(HVAC, plumbing), framing, engineer roof trusses, among others. Our first meeting with Dan was very impressive. He not only addressed all our questions to our satisfaction but we also feel comfortable dealing with him. The price quotation was fair and straight forward. The project started well but unfortunately was stalled due to unforeseen circumstances which was not their fault (The spot where the excavation and footing, an in-ground swimming pool covered with dirt was discovered). As a result, the footing was re-designed by a Structural Engineer. Dan who oversee and get involved with the project was so helpful in resolving the issue. Though it entails an additional costs, we were so relieved that he understood our situation and was considerate in his price adjustment. That really was a big help to us. Not only that, he went out of his way to do some other jobs that were not included in our contract, just to help us out. True to his word, Dan has proved his worth. He is indeed highly skilled and most importantly, he does not cut corners. He is very orderly and clean up all the mess at the end of the day. To sum it up he has a strong work ethics. We are so grateful to him and very pleased with the outcome of our project. We will surely hire Integrity Contracting Corp. again and will not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends.
