We have a fairly complex Viessman boiler that has been serviced by Claire and Derek for the past few years now and I have found them both to be highly skilled, friendly and efficient. We had an issue with our recent service due to an honest mistake and after I contacted Hoerner Tracey promptly got back to me to rectify the situation in a very fair manner.
