Reliable/punctual, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely hard working. It was an absolute pleasure working with the owner, Ben. I spoke with him on the phone and he arrived at my home the next day with photographs of different garage door styles and paint chips. Ben provided outstanding customer service and was extremely efficient from start to finish. Ben helped me to pick out beautiful garage doors with windows. To my surprise, the double garage doors that I custom ordered were ready for installation in one week!! The prices are fair and reasonable for such amazing quality. He's very organized and kept our garage floors immaculate when he worked. He even provided me with touch up paint in case of future scratches (that will likely be caused by my kids). He also installed the weather stripping to my husband's satisfaction. Another colleague, Mike came to complete the side capping. He was very polite and professional as well. He did an excellent job and made my new garage doors really stand out. I am so pleased with how great they look!
