We have dealt twice with Infinity air-conditioning and heating, Scarborough twice in the last 8 months. The first time was to replace our water heater and our experience was incredible. From the point we placed our telephone call , to promptly receiving a return call, and, ultimately, having a site appointment scheduled, the customer service was quick, pleasant, and very professional. Our water heater is in the ceiling; They did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. We were so impressed by their level of professionalism and honesty exhibited by their technicians that we called them back to service our heating unit in preparation for the winter will continue to rely on them for HVAC services. Thank you for the astounding service. We would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC services.
