Not much to say except Chris, Dustin and Mae are great. Chris and his team worked hard to find a problem to a heat pump in the condo, but ultimately had to have it replaced. Dustin did a great job with installing it and the service was amazing as was the communication from Mae and Chris. I hope I never have to call Tek again for replacement of a heat pump but if I do need service, I would absolutely call Tek again!
