I hired 911 Appliance Repair company to service my 3 appliances - laundry machine, dishwasher and stove over 2 visits.  Evgeny was very prompt and knowledgeable.  He was very professional, friendly, easy to talk to, accommodating and honest.  I am very pleased with the results and do recommend his services.  

This is my second review for Delroy. I had written a very favourable review in the past but since then things changed. I am very disappointed in the latest service i have received from Delroy. Unfortunately, this time i cannot recommend his business to anyone nor I will be booking him again. About 6-7 weeks ago my washer got a leak and I called Delroy to come and fix it. After he fixed the leak and left the place, we've discovered that the machine had become very noisy. We called and asked if he could come back and take a look since the level of noise was not normal not easily tolerable. He said that he would come back later as he was going to be away the following week. Ok, meanwhile we decided to learn to live with the noise until we discovered hard way (after damaging a few clothes items) that the reason for the noise could be related that he swapped the hot and cold hoses! So the items that required cold wash were washed in scolding hot water. We have contacted Delroy multiple times asking to come back to fix the issue but he either would not answer the calls/texts or promise to come sometime on Sunday (Thanksgiving weekend) and never show up and did not answer when i tried to contact him asking to specify time when he would come as I was going to invite people over for thanksgiving dinner! What a disappointment, and I used to be his loyal customer for years. Never will I recommend or use his business again.

I had a great experience with Ambicorp representative during my new condo inspection. Rob was very punctual, knowledgeable, thorough, fast, professional, friendly and polite and Honest person. I would hire Ambicorp again for my next home inspection hands down. It was easy to book the inspection and did not take much time. They are very flexible and accommodating with time when you you need your inspection to be done. I do highly recommend this business for your needs.

I had a broken washer/dryer combo unit in a small condo. My washer broke some days ago and after an unsuccessful attempt by another “repair” guy to fix it, I was at the point of throwing this unit out and buying another one. After doing some research and checking out the stores, I decided to give it one more try and found Delroy on this site. Delroy exceeded my expectations. He came on the same day (even though it was Sunday!); he was very professional, friendly, fast and pleasure to deal with. He is very reasonably priced and delivers on his promises. He even went some extra mile helping me with my refrigerator settings. Delroy saved me about $1400 today as I dont need to buy a new machine now. I will definitely call Delroy again, he is my appliance guy to go to. :)
